Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

5. User-Generated Content

If you upload content to the application (such as a profile photo), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the application’s services. You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time.

6. Health Disclaimer

The workouts, exercises, nutritional information, and health-related content provided in the application are designed for generally healthy individuals. By using the application, you acknowledge that:
