These General Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of subscriptions and access to premium features within the application. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
1. Subscription Plans
The application offers premium subscription plans that unlock additional features, content, and services. Available plans, pricing, and features are displayed within the application before purchase. Prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes.
2. Payment Processing
All payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play Store (for Android users). Signz By Dolla does not directly collect or process your payment information. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms and conditions of the respective platform:
- iOS: Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions
- Android: Google Play Terms of Service
The transaction is between you and Apple or Google, as applicable. Signz By Dolla acts as the provider of the digital content and services.
3. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The renewal charge will be applied to your Apple ID or Google account within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same rate as the current subscription.
4. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it allows you to access premium features for a limited time at no charge. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation must be done through your device settings:
- iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Users)
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by using the application and accessing premium content immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the content has been accessed.
If you have not accessed premium content, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at contact@signz.app within 14 days of purchase.
7. Refund Policy
All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the platform used for payment:
- iOS: Request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: Request a refund through Google Play at play.google.com/store/account
Signz By Dolla does not directly process refunds. All refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as applicable.
8. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. You will be notified in advance of any price changes through the app or by email. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
9. Access to Premium Services
Upon successful payment, you gain immediate access to the premium features associated with your subscription plan. Access is tied to your account and is for personal use only. Premium content and features may be updated, modified, or expanded over time.
10. Governing Law
These conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. For consumers in the European Union, the mandatory provisions of your country of residence apply. In the event of a dispute, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
